01. TAX-DEDUCTIBILITY

Donations are tax-deductible in the United States to the extent allowed by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for contributions.

02. USE OF DONATIONS

Contributions will be applied to the program or initiative selected by the donor. If a program is fully funded or discontinued, your donation will be directed to areas of greatest need to maximize impact.

03. REFUND POLICY

All donations are final and non-refundable. This ensures that resources are deployed quickly to support healthcare initiatives.

04. ACKNOWLEDGMENTS & RECEIPTS

Donors will receive a written acknowledgment and receipt by email (and mail if requested) within 5 business days of the donation.
